Over the weekend, we will practice yoga, meditation, and breathwork while surrounded by the raw beauty of Finnmark’s Arctic landscape.

Our retreat takes place at Båtsfjord Brygge, a cozy hotel that blends comfort with the rugged charm of Northern Norway, the perfect setting for mindfulness and rejuvenation. With comfortable rooms, a relaxing sauna, and a top-quality restaurant serving fresh local cuisine, this is the ideal place to unwind, breathe, and recharge.

🟠 Friday – Arrival & Slowing Down
15:00 – Welcome & check-in at Båtsfjord Brygge + late lunch
17:00 – Introduction hike/walk: breathing in the Arctic air
19:00 – Yin Yoga for relaxation & grounding
20:30 – Cozy dinner in the restaurant

🟠 Saturday – Rejuvenation & Deep Practice
08:30 – Nourishing breakfast
10:00 – Morning Ashtanga Yoga & Meditation – awakening the body and mind
13:00 – Lunch with fresh, local ingredients
14:30 – Free time for exploration or deep rest (nature walks, journaling, silent contemplation)
16:00 – Backbending & Nervous System Regulation Workshop – techniques to release stress
18:30 – Sauna – deep detox & relaxation (optional, additional fee NOK 350)
20:00 – Light evening meal + Yin Yoga

🟠 Sunday – Inner Connection & Closure
08:30 – Breakfast
10:00 – Yoga & Pranayama – Expanding Breath & Energy
12:00 – Lunch
13:00 – Thai Massage Experience – guided self-massage & relaxation techniques
16:00 – Closing circle & departure

Accommodation at Båtsfjord Brygge – cozy rooms with stunning views
All meals – fresh, nourishing, locally inspired cuisine (breakfasts, lunches, and light dinners)
